Attention Folks! I have great news for you. Integrity still exists! I have had some horrendous experiences with computer techs — I was losing hope. The moment I spoke with Brad, I knew he was different. Up front, honest, prompt, highly skilled, lightning fast, and most of all — kind and compassionate. Brad is a keeper. He made his visit an experience, NOT a transaction. "Thank you, Brad!" :)

Brought my pc parts here and he put everything together in like a hour and a half! Fast and good service. No issues at all! Great price too! Really recommend coming here if you need a PC build ! Great guy too , nice attitude

Brad was extremely helpful with my odd request. I needed packaging to ship a processor and GPU, and since I lacked the original packaging I called around to find some. Brad was quick with a response and went out of his way to provide me with some boxes he was no longer using. I will definitely be calling him when I have computer issues because of his helpfulness today.

I feel lucky I found this business. I needed a new laptop and called a similar local business in North Asheville and was greeted with a surprising lack of knowledge and much interest in helping me. Brad, the owner of CB Custom Computers, was quite the opposite. He answered his phone in a friendly, cheerful manner, answered all my questions, offered to get my new laptop set up the very next day after my call, even though he had other jobs and needed to prepare for an overseas trip; he was patient and flexible and very reasonable in his charge for his services. The guy is truly tremendous and made my transition to a new computer, the kind of thing I hate and dread, totally headache-free. It's hard to believe there is such a person and business in this day and age.
