This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was in a hurry to get some quotes and Pete was able to come within a couple days of my call. Their quote was not the lowest but I chose them based on history in the area and many great online reviews. Trevor and his staff worked really hard to get my new system installed before our first severe cold snap- even during the Thanksgiving holiday. He lit a fire under the city and gas company to get inspections and installations done as quickly as possible and I couldn’t be more grateful and WARM! I am SO glad I chose Carolina Refrigeration for my transition from heatpump to gas pack. Thanks guys!

Our Gas Pack Heating system went down during the holiday season. After dealing with the warranty company a couple weeks, Carolina Refrigeration was chosen to take over the job. They quickly sent out Odell to access the system. It was determined that I need to replace the Gas Pack. Carolina Refrigeration ordered the system and all parts before the ice storm. Next day after the ice storm, they scheduled Chris, Aaron and David to come out to install the Brand New Gas Pack. They arrived at 9:00 am in 18 degree weather, installed the unit, very professionally, very kind, and were done by 12:45. My wife and I are very happy campers and will recommend... My experience with Trevor was excellent. The guys were professional and helpful. Another company had done a poor job installing my new system. They came out quickly and spotted the mistakes. Trevor explained everything clearly and was respectful of the previous company. The pricing was fair and there were no surprises. It's rare to find a company that's both reliable and friendly, but they nailed it. I'll definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and air service.

I recently completed the build of my new home and for all the sub contractors I used, Carolina Refrigeration is at the top of the list for the quality of service and care they bring at each step of the build. I do not use "care" lightly as finding someone who truly cares about their product and service is a harder commodity to find nowadays. The owner, Trevor, and his HVAC scientist, Pete, were incredible and precise in their recommendations and the education they gave me. These guys love heating and air, and I could tell that they loved making me as their customer satisfied. I now have a deeper love for HVAC systems because of my time with these guys. Don't be afraid to ask as much as you need to feel comfortable with their recommendations and how these systems work in your home as they really enjoy helping you learn. These are the kind of folks you hope and expect to be in a relationship with as long as you own your home and like it comfortable to live in.
