Carolina Appliance Repair

Mike scheduled a visit for us the day after I went into his office when our washing machine stopped working. He diagnosed the problem as a burned clutch, ordered and picked up the part himself, was back the next day and had the thing working as good as new in less than an hour. He is efficient, courteous and the final cost was surprisingly less than I anticipated! I highly recommend him!

If 5 stars is the highest review possible, I give Michael 5stars +++. Called Carolina appl on a Monday. Convection microwave stopped heating, turntable stopped also. Mike arrived on Wed, at exactly 8:30 am as he said and called me prior to arrival. Removed unit from above stove, took apart and replaced the magnetron and T/T motor. Reinstalled after a brief test. It worked. Went to use on Sat- made a crackling noise. Texted Mike same night. He CALLED me immediately while he was spending time with his family. Who does that? Mike does. Advised to leave unplugged. Monday was not convenient for me, so we agreed on Wed. He arrived early and determined the new magnetron( heating element ) was faulty. Reordered from another supplier. Returned again a 3rd time, removed, replaced new part and reinstalled above stove. This convection unit very expensive to replace. Michael saved me a lot of money at a small fraction of replacement. Never tried to upsell me on anything. He guarantees his work, as was evidenced by 3 service trips to my house. He is an honest, friendly and honorable young man whom I would highly recommend for any household appliance repair. He definitely earned my business going forward

My washing machine stopped working on a Saturday. AHS sent a message to Carolina Appliance Repair requesting service. I was called on Monday. Mike came out on Tuesday. He worked for a long time and determined that it needed a new mother board. He immediately ordered it and said he would try to have it done by the weekend. I am so happy. He came today (Friday) and fixed it. Mike is absolutely amazing. He was so professional, courteous and has a wonderful personality. Emily is a sweetheart. She was wonderful to me. Love this company!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to David and the folks at Carolina Appliance Repair. My condo has a stacked washer dryer and the lint ventilation was disconnected. I made a mess of the situation and had to call in the pros. David was nice, patient, and made me feel ok despite my incompetence making the situation worse by trying to handle it myself. He has over 20 years experience with these machines and knows his stuff. He fixed my mess and the ventilation. i had peace of mind in less than an hour after he arrived.
