I highly recommend this business! Contacted him this morning by text, he called me within 30 mins and was able to accommodate my schedule and come the very same evening. Explained to me what the issue was and had it fixed promptly! I am so pleased and will use him in the future if needed!

Mr. Gilmore fixed my parents' dishwasher a couple of weeks ago. He arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable, kind, and fixed the issue quickly. My refrigerator went out yesterday, so I got Mr. Gilmore's business card from my mom and gave this business a call this morning. The man who answered the phone (I'm not 100% sure it was the same guy, but I think it was) spent some time on the phone with my husband telling him how to diagnose the issue. He could have just scheduled a time to come diagnose it in person so he would get paid for the visit, but instead was honest and said it was likely a compressor issue (which would be so costly, it's probably better just to get a new fridge). After walking us through how to check for that, we ended up being 99% sure the issue actually is the compressor, and we decided just to get a new fridge instead of having him come fix it. So, this business is so ethical that they informed me of ALL my options, including the options that made them $0.00. I'm keeping this business card and will definitely be telling other people to absolutely do business with this company. It's just not often you find honesty and kindness like that it seems.

Called Appliance Deviance this morning and Robert came with his son Alex just 1 hr later. They fixed leak in my Samsung fridge and gave me great advice. Both man were very pleasant, charge was reasonable. Will definitely call them with appliances problems! Thank you both for quick response and communication. Margaret
