Cabinet Factory

Well, let’s start here. We love our cabinets. What we don’t love is that after paying an astronomical up charge for soft close doors and drawers, they don’t work. We worked with Ashley, who was recommended by out kitchen designer, and trying to get a response from her is impossible. We have tried multiple times with calls and just never seem to get a reply. I’d love to get my doors and drawers properly aligned and fixed so that they function in the way we paid for. Perhaps a manager or the store owner will see this review and have the decency to give me a call or have Ashley finally give us the service we paid for. We also were not informed of a stain color change in another set of cabinets we purchased. The finish is way darker than what we thought we were getting and I am very disappointed in in the poor workmanship in the finish. I can not at this time recommended the paneling factory and would really like someone to be a professional and return my call to fix my cabinets. ***UPDATE******* After posting my review, Ashley did call my wife and scheduled the install team to come and fix the cabinets. We are still waiting for an answer, if they will be able to sand down the rough spots, but I wanted to acknowledge that the doors and drawers are working great now. Thank you.

We love our kitchen!! Very efficient and tasteful design, communication was easy and we enjoyed working with Bobby, lead/ordering times on the brand we picked was very quick and kept our reno on track, and the quality is excellent for the price point. Would recommend and use them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited the store to research options for a flooring update, specifically vinyl flooring. Robyn was incredibly informative and helpful, guiding us through the variety of colors, shades, and materials available—all at great prices. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the experience so much easier. While we were there, she went above and beyond by sharing fantastic tips for finding the perfect countertops and connecting us with the right person for the job. Outstanding service and selection,. Highly recommended!

This is our third time doing business with Closet Factory. The installer, Carlos,  brought our vision of customized cabinetry in four rooms to life. On day one, he kept an open line of communication on his arrival time and adhered to HOA rules.  He worked very clean and ensured there was no damage to the property. He juggles the task of easily hauling the material, his supplies, and cutting material.  The cabinets and shelves were cut precisely while being attentive to details and tailored for the locations. The outcome exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Cabinet Factory services.
