The technician arrived right on time, clearly explained the treatment plan, and went above and beyond to make sure every issue was handled the right way. I’ve used a lot of service companies over the years, but this one stands out for their honesty, expertise, and quality of work. Had a great experience with our Tech, Blake! He was super helpful and we are planning to move forward with Buckingham. Blake explained everything very well and gave me all the information I needed to feel like I could make an educated decision. We were quoted a crazy amount by another company we think was trying to take advantage of us. I’m so grateful I had a friend recommend Buckingham to us!!

Blake was wonderful! We had a broken soffit and weren’t sure if any animals/birds had broken it and were nesting in there. He performed an inspection around our exterior. After that inspection, he didn’t feel confident that the soffit was truly an animal versus something else flying up and breaking it. He hadn’t seen any evidence in his inspection that pointed to an animal and the “entry” point didn’t seem chewed, just broken. So he temporarily put tape over the soffit. If in 3 days the tape isn’t broken, there is no animal activity and we can have it repaired by a handyman. Otherwise if it is broken, he’ll come out again and inspect further. Having heard horror stories from other people with critters in their home who used other pest companies who upsold them, I was reluctant to tackle the issue. But some tape and a wait and watch plan was certainly a pleasant surprise for me. If the tape ends up broken, I have no reluctance to have Blake or Buckingham Pest Control back out. We truly appreciated Blake’s expertise and honesty.

Can’t speak highly enough about Buckingham and their crew! From the Owners, to the office and sales team, to the onsite crew we experienced professionalism, knowledge, kindness, flexibility, timeliness, and answered all of our questions before, during, and after! They extracted our old fiberglass insulation which was low and undesirable, and replaced it with 15” (R49) of cellulose insulation. They also injected liquid termite control around our whole property to cover us for 12+ yrs! We will be using them for Pest Control as well.
