Brian Scroggins Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Never showed back up to finish work. Used our credit card as a personal ATM. Tried to text, emai, andl call. Wouldn't return my calls for 2-3 months. My toilets back sits 6 to 7 inches away from wall. Never returned as promised to exchange toilet nor did they do any finishing caulking or stAblization. The bowl is 11 inches from wall. Besides looking hideous, there is no leg room and is not compliant for home inspection in Indiana. They took 9 plus days to service / in end replace our 7 yr old tankless water heater. Therefore we were left without hot water of any kind. Don't use not honest over inflate bill weeks after last appointment, then are incapable of diagnosing. Issues the do not follow thru.

Brian was amazing! He was well prepared for the job, and was willing to work with me on accessing my home warranty. Same day service! Professional operation, run by a man who truly knows his craft!

We specifically needed a repair and leak test for a real estate closing and shared that up front. The work Brian did was fine but we could not get a professional invoice or documentation from him and so ended up paying again, for another plumber to redo this work so as not to jeopardize closing. Very frustrating.
