Food was really good. Smash burger double patty too good. And Cheetos loaded fries were good as well. Worth the hype 🔥🔥

We ordered smash burgers but the buns were too oily,patty was dry and tasteless. We could see the chefs through the glass window and they weren’t wearing any gloves. The service was good though but they really need to work on the taste of food

The food is good but the service isn't. Ordered a takeaway and waited for like 45 minutes to get it. According to the worker their chef wasn't there and the fryer wasn't working. What kind of fast food place is this that the chef is not available. Very slow and bad service. There were three workers and two of them left leaving a single person alone very poor behaviour by the staff. And no manager was there.

Got to try BRGR for the first time today. Food overall was good, it was piping hot and freshly prepared. We ordered Hot Shot Burger, Spice Monster, Smash Burger and crispy chicken loaded fries. Both the chicken burgers tasted more or less the same. The flavor profile was mild. I was waiting for the oomph to hit me but it was nowhere to be found. Same goes for loaded fries. The flavor was very bland. Now coming to the ambiance/service, the seats were super uncomfortable and the service was kind of slow. Midway, electricity went and they had no generator backup. Which kind of felt lousy. According to them, they are having setup issues, so i hope those get resolved soon. Overall it was nice. Might not go back there again.
