Scheduling an appointment was easy. The company was booking a week out when I called. I was given a window of 10am-12pm and the technician came @1pm-calling in advance to let me know he was on his way. That was good. The technician, John, was friendly and competent. He quickly diagnosed the issue -the pulley wheel was not turning causing the drum not to spin. He also ran the machine once he made the repair to ensure that it was working properly. The service call took approximately 30 min. I’m deducting stars because the cost seemed high to me. I was charged $70.10 for a pulley wheel that costs less than $10 online. Labor cost was $120 and the service call was $129.95, totaling $324.43 with tax.
