WARNING TO OTHERS: My experience with Biltmore Computers has been unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to handle things calmly and professionally, but after getting nowhere, I’ve decided to share my experience publicly. This involved a consignment arrangement where I provided electronics and computer equipment to be sold. Over time, there were ongoing issues with communication, lack of clear inventory tracking, and incomplete accounting of items and payments. why would i drop these things to get throwed away and there was 50 items plus and amount of $3500 if i would have sold all items on ebay myself but itrusted HUNTER As someone with a documented disability, I also feel I was not treated with appropriate clarity or transparency in the handling of my property and requests for information. Repeated attempts to get straightforward answers and a full reconciliation of items were not properly resolved. Poor communication, unresolved issues, and wasted time. Customers deserve better treatment and better accountability than what I received.

Brought my Xbox in completely destroyed, these guys devoted extra time and helped fix what should have cost more to fix in what was less than a days time. Super great service and will definitely be coming back with any other technological issues I get. Overall these guys are great!!

We were very pleased with our experience at Biltmore computers. Hunter was very helpful as we were trying to upgrade our very old computer at our church. He spent all day manually moving things remotely and got us back up and running the same day for a very reasonable cost.We would highly recommend them for your computer needs. Pastor Robert Ponder

I have been to Google Computers twice and have been extremely pleased with the service and help I received. Hunter, the owner, was very patient and explained things in a way that was useful for me. I definitely plan to use Biltmore Computers services again and very highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Hunter, and the organization he runs. I have an old Dell tower with a single SSD slot and a first-generation card that needed to be replaced with a larger one. Having a Dell software service contract, I contacted them to recommend the larger SSD. When I tried to clone it (due to the single slot), it wouldn't work. I contacted Dell for help. Nothing they recommended worked until they got to recommendations that were beyond my comfort zone to perform. What they were suggesting, they informed me, may lose data, and eventually, the OS may need to be rebuilt. Instead, I took the machine to Biltmore Computers. They cloned and installed the new SSD as well as an upgraded Nvidia graphics card - my old one was running too slow for the new apps. Then they ran into trouble installing Win 11, despite MS claims it would be a seamless process. I connected Hunter with Dell techs to check for alternate install methods. Everything Dell recommended Hunter was about to do. Ultimately, after much effort on Hunter's part, the download completed, no data was lost, no OS rebild necessary, and the machine works flawlessly and faster. Use Biltmore for any computer problems that you can't handle yourself! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They also work on Macs, laptops, legacy computer games and more. A great operation!
