I called and spoke with David about getting assistance with installing a low profile graphics card on my Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF! I arrived and he was very warm and welcoming to not only me but my daughter as well! He was very informative, knowledgeable and patient! Not only did he install my graphics card but he also downloaded the latest drivers for the graphics card, installed it and tested everything and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store! Big sky was awesome .they explained everything that was good and bad about my laptop and why it was having issues and how exactly how they would fix it. I took in my laptop at they end of the business day and got a phone call to pick it up a in the early afternoon the next day which was very quick.I took in my Hp stream 14 in which cost only over $200 so I didnt want to pay much for the repair or I would get a new one. He said it sounded like something simple and gave me a great estimate within my price range.I would recommend this place to friends and family or anyone really great prices ,great knowledge and excellent customer service. I needed windows reinstalled on a couple machines! And I upgraded to 11! All in all, he had most of them done by end of day, except the one I tried to install 10 on! Great pricing, and just what I wanted when I don't have the time or patients for windows setup!

New to Henderson, picked BigSky from Google, called first, guy told me to bring in my laptop, he'd give me a free quote. My laptop's problem was freezing whenever and wherever it wanted to. Dave checked for overheating, nope. He showed me how he tested the hard drive of a different laptop and after 2 min., got a pretty green check mark! Then he tested my laptop. :( It wouldn't even start the test, got a big red X mark. In the end, it was $40 for a lower level hard drive. Dave charged me $75 for labor to take all my files off first, change the hard drive, put everything back and update me to Windows 11. In 24 hours it was done. It works fantastically now! I recommend you go see Dave with your IT problems!!! Just like a good mechanic, our family has a computer doctor! Thanks again Dave!
