What a wonderful happy experience Bath Crest provided! I have been needing to remodel my 50+ year-old bathroom, not only for an update, but for the possibility of bringing my elderly mother into my home to live. I contacted three companies for a quote, Bath Crest being one of them. Two of the companies quotes did not Include the complete remodel, i.e., drywall installation, complete tear out, painting, electrical, etc. Only Bath Crest included every last detail. The most amazing thing is that their quote was less by 1,000’s of dollars than the other national name brand companies. Also, Bath Crest’s quote Included much higher quality materials, such as cultured marble, high-quality fixtures, custom vanity, etc. Now, for the best part: Their workers were absolutely professional, kind, personable, and skilled craftsman, often going above and beyond in the details. They showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and cleaned up before they left. They communicated with me each day on what they were doing and continued to ask me my preferences on some of the details. They were phenomenal. Also, they kept exactly to the promised finish date of my project. Everything turned out even more beautiful than I anticipated. I would highly recommend, without reservation, Bath Crest to anyone who is thinking about a bathroom remodel. Give them an opportunity to give you a quote. You will be glad you did!!

I would highly recommend bath Crest when considering a tub, shower, or bathroom remodel. This was the third time I have used their services and I was pleased with their products and work everytime. The only reason I made a change is because I needed to get rid of my tubs and put in a walkin shower because of health reasons. I have known Brad Peterson for many years and consider him to be a person of high integrity and ethics. I have done business with him as a supplier and consumer, and he has proven to be professional in and dependable in both areas. Brad surrounds himself with a team of quality employees who are just as customer oriented, and highly educated and skilled in their craft. Working with Kim was a pleasure and really made my wife at ease while we were selecting what pattern and colors for the shower and countertop, as well as the fixtures we wanted. This isn’t easy to do because my wife does not like pushy salespeople. Ben was very respectful when he came to take down our old shower and remove the tub. He was considerate of my opinion and sought my approval when he resituated the plumbing and drains. He also asked questions when he installed the fixtures and shelving in the shower. Don also was very professional when installing the shower panels and countertop. I was impressed with his years of experience installing. Spenser from CMS was considerate of our needs when he came to evaluate the surroundings and asked important questions that we hadn’t even thought of. Overall, my wife and I are thrilled with the remodel. Quality work from quality people!

The Bath Crest crew was great! We appreciated Brad's vision and his team that made it happen. Kim kept us in the loop and coordinated things with our busy schedule and the workers. This remodel has really added value to our home.
