Staff are friendly and professional. The technicians get right to the heart of the matter and offer good feedback when necessary, Available by phone and live chat or from their website. Bask has always resolved my issues and have helped tremendously with keeping my computer updated. I recommend them to anyone. They are available 24/7 and 365. Excellent service for a great price. Oftentimes it takes long bouts of waiting in front of your screen or on the phone for a technician.- that would be my biggest concern.

I have been a member for near ten years now. From ITOK to BASK the service has been wonderful. Minor shift from small company to a much larger one, however, the service has not been affected. I love to use my computers and don't care much for fixing them to make use of them. I already know more than I want or need to about them and appreciate the folks that take over when I need help. BASK has provided me the support and comfort in knowing they are there for me. As I stated I love to use my computers for applications I require and do not have any desire to fix and or find the problems that occur from time to time.

I have been a Bask customer for several years. The support that my wife and I receive for our personal computers is excellent. You get a timely response; no question is too small; complex issues are resolved. The company is US based, Utah, and the consultants have a strong knowledge of the soft ware that supports personal computers. The installation of Windows 10 was done with the help of Bask technicians. Their daily backup is worthwhile and there quarterly testing of our personal computers is done at our convenience. I am very pleased to recommend the company.

After I had my computer rebuilt, I felt that it would be a good idea to have my friends at Bask tune it up to improve its performance. I have been with Bask, and its predecessor, for a number of years with great success. So I called, and after a fairly long wait of about 8 or 10 minutes, I was connected. The young lady who answered was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the new home page and sign in link; and after explaining what I wanted and expected, she got to work and ran a few different programs and checks. The computer now seems to be a bit faster, and less likely to crash when downloading a number of large files. She also set up Bask Backup, so now I can move important data to the cloud at no additional cost. The task took about two hours or so. Soon, I shall ask for a check on malware protection on the computer. 🙂
