My company Linkville roofing and siding has been using Basin Tire for many years. They have always treated us fairly and provided great surface. In fact, they are at my office right now fixing my tire on my forklift. Just wanted to throw them a review. They do a great job for us.

Basin Tire is my go-to for tires and service. They always get my family in quickly, work efficiently, and the service is consistently excellent. Pricing is very fair, and they actually take the time to get you the best product for the most affordable price- not whatever costs the most. Honest, Fast, and dependable. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality service without the runaround.

Terrible experience at Basin Tire. I brought in four brand-new rims in their boxes to have my tires mounted. Instead of handling with care, the employees tossed my old rims into the back of my 4Runner directly on my brand new carpet and left grease stains everywhere. They scratched my new center caps, got white paint marker all over the rims, and even mounted the balance weights sloppily. I had to come back so they could clean their own mess, and Les Schwab confirmed the wheels were balanced incorrectly. Basin Tire payed for the rebalance and interior detailing because the work was that careless. What blew me away was the manager, Kevin, asking if this could ‘be the last time we do business,’ even though I stayed respectful and was just asking them to fix their mistakes. I had no intention of ever coming back after the way they handled my vehicle.

Kevin was easily approachable as a walk in. Then, he taught me what my car needed. Next step was fair price/written quote. Finally on install day he didn't let me down. The other helper at counter was helpful too. Highly recommended.
