Basement pros did a phenomenal job placing a French drain in my basement several months ago. With a normal rain my basement would flood, but I no longer have that fear! When he arrived, Todd assessed our basement. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about our issue. I'm a year late in giving a review, but these guys were amazing!! My wife & I purchased our home in 2022 and unfortunately we waived our inspection before buying. We hired a home inspector after purchasing and we found out our crawlspace had standing water and mold growing. We had a few companies come out & give us quotes, and decided to go with Basement Pros. Todd and his team we're very professional and got the job done in less time then they originally thought. Here's what Basement Pros did in our crawlspace.. -Mold remediation -French drain -Encapsulation -Installed New sump Pump (Recommended a dehumidifier from Lowe's that they installed & we weren't charged an extra mark up price on the unit) It's over a year later now and the crawlspace is nice & dry with no issues.
