Basement Pros Waterproofing

Basement pros did a phenomenal job placing a French drain in my basement several months ago. With a normal rain my basement would flood, but I no longer have that fear! Todd and his team were amazing to work with. The team went above and beyond what was expected and cleaned up so well after each day. Highly recommend their services.

I called Basement Pros to fix two cracks in my foundation from the earthquake we had in ‘17. My basement finally took on water. So Todd came out and fixed both issues quickly, left zero mess behind, and charged a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them if you have any basement issues!

We called Basement Pros to evaluate our basement. When calling, Karen, who was very friendly, was helpful in scheduling a quick appointment. Todd kept us informed of the time of his arrival. When he arrived, Todd assessed our basement. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about our issue. We appreciated his honesty when informing us that we did not need any remediation. We highly recommend this family owned business.

I'm a year late in giving a review, but these guys were amazing!! My wife & I purchased our home in 2022 and unfortunately we waived our inspection before buying. We hired a home inspector after purchasing and we found out our crawlspace had standing water and mold growing. We had a few companies come out & give us quotes, and decided to go with Basement Pros. Todd and his team we're very professional and got the job done in less time then they originally thought. Here's what Basement Pros did in our crawlspace.. -Mold remediation -French drain -Encapsulation -Installed New sump Pump (Recommended a dehumidifier from Lowe's that they installed & we weren't charged an extra mark up price on the unit) It's over a year later now and the crawlspace is nice & dry with no issues. Their price also beat out the competitors prices by a long shot! I highly recommend this company! Thanks again!!! Eric

Great Company, Even Better People - Highly Recommend Entrusting Them With Your Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, Mold Prevention Needs Before Mike even set foot on my property, I knew he was going give me a fair and honest appraisal of the glaring issues in my basement. After courteously taking the time to discuss my goals over the phone, Mike followed up with a site-visit quicker than I anticipated. Shockingly, the world does not revolve around me; however, the professionalism and service from Basement Pros is first-class and I had the illusion of being at the center of the universe for a moment. The team performed a thorough inspection, answered all of my questions, and offered suggestions to remedy the problems. Once we agreed on the scope of work, the appointment was set, and they delivered in record time. Since I am selling my home of 25+ years, there was an added sense of urgency and stress over finding a competent group for this type of craftsmanship. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. I now have complete peace of mind with the quality of work and warranty to pass along to the next steward of this property. Thank you Mike and the rest of your gifted crew!
