Visited 3 days ago. order there famous malai boti, chicken makhni karahi&kabli pulao, and seekh kabab. Chicken karahi is very spicy not suitable for small children. And other dishes is tasty, kabli pulao us very good. Prices is reasonable. Overall good service and quality of food

One of the best places to eat. Their Mutton karhai is awesome. Other than that Malai boti and lamb tikka + Sajji are also very good. Overall a great experience and very family friendly!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! This was the worst experience ever. Seriously, just go to Savour (or a similar, better place) and avoid this restaurant entirely! We ordered Biryani, a platter, and Chicken Karahi. The Biryani and the platter were served with the stuck on,scraping-of-the-bottom-of-the-pot ric (daeg ma end p chipky huy chaawal) the absolute dregs. When we complained to the manager, his shocking response was to tell the waiter, "Just give them bread (rotis) instead of rice." Seriously? That was his solution? And the Chicken Karahi was awful; it tasted like they had just poured ketchup into it. Save yourself the trouble. Do not go here; you will regret it and ended up using abusive words.

I had one of my worst dining experiences today at Bala Tikka restaurant. I went there with a friend, and things started going wrong almost immediately. I first ordered chicken karahi, but within a minute I noticed they had a deal that included karahi, BBQ, and rice. I politely asked the staff if they could change my order to the deal, since it had just been placed. Instead of helping right away, the waiter became rude. He started questioning me, saying, “Why didn’t you read the menu first?” and told me the order had already been “punched” so it couldn’t be changed. I explained again and asked him to at least check with the kitchen. After 2–3 minutes of arguing back and forth, he finally agreed to change it to the deal—but his attitude was still unpleasant. To make things worse, when I was ordering, four different staff members were hovering around my table, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When the food came, they first served the BBQ and rice. I’ll admit, that part tasted good and I really enjoyed it. But then came the chicken karahi. The menu said it was namkeen karahi (mild and salty), but what we received was overloaded with chilies—so spicy it was almost inedible. I asked the waiter again, and this time he called the manager. The manager was polite and agreed to replace it with a normal karahi, which gave me some hope. But what they brought out next was shocking. Instead of cooking a new karahi, they had simply added water to the same one, reheated it, and thrown it back on the table. The taste was even worse. After that, no one came to check on us or ask if we were okay with the food. The customer service was completely disappointing. 👎 Finally, when we asked for the bill, things got even stranger. The waiter went back, crossed out the restaurant’s name and some information from the bill, and then handed it to us. I had never seen anything like that before—it felt unprofessional and suspicious. Overall, the food (apart from the BBQ and rice) was terrible, the service was rude, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend Bala Tikka to anyone.

This restaurant was suggested by Chatgpt for having good ratings so i gave it a try! The restaurant gave me Karachi wali vibes. The place was busy. The seating arrangements were a mix of hard chair tables and sofa seating. Everybody wanted the sofa seating including me for which there was a bit of wait. The food was amazing undoubtedly! I ordered takatak which tasted amazing and tikkas were good not nothing out of this world. Raita was thick and creamy too. The garlic naan was very tasty too. The service was great too! There was a bit of a wait too for roughly 25-30mins.
