Attention College kids. Do not go to this Auto Zone. My 18 year old daughter visited to have antifreeze added and got very little help. She had to ask 2 older men to please help and they still refused to assist. They just verbally told a girl what to do and it could have been a disaster. When someone is asking for help please have some compassion. And it’s a business and customer service should be standard.

Levi was a great help, checked and replaced my battery and topped off coolant. Very knowledgeable and explains everything as he does it!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I needed a new battery for my car and right off the bat was rude. I wanted to go to autozone because I knew, well thought, they would be knowledgeable and helpful, they weren’t that at all. I asked the man to take a look at my battery and simply look my car up. I went to go check something in my car that he needed and walked back in hearing him and his coworker making fun of me and called me stupid. So I just left, can’t believe that a grown man at his age would act like a child.

Needed a diagnostic, and Steve was very helpful. He did not talk down to me and just gave me the information I needed to know. Excellent service.
