0500 MECHANICS

I had a disappointing experience with 0500 Mechanics. Initially, they promised to fix a leak for just $80 if I showed them where I thought it was. However, they claimed there was no leak, performed additional tasks, and charged me $160, saying everything was fine. When I returned, they wanted another $160 to look further into the issue. Frustrated, I took my car to a different mechanic, and they found the problem quickly and fixed it for just $80. Overall, I felt misled and overcharged at 0500 Mechanics. Do not recommend.

They were amazing! They got us in right before Christmas and fixed everything! They are amazing at following up to make sure your car is doing good

I've been taking my car here for a couple years and they always do good work and get it done quickly! I've had repairs on my brakes, a/c repairs, and got my headlight replaced here. Only thing is I do often end up waiting for quite some time for someone to come to the front desk to help me out.

If you need an honest, above-and-beyond mechanic you can trust - Chris at 0500 is your guy. I brought 0500 my 2001 Acura that had been sitting for a couple years. I can't even explain the amount of time Chris has generously spent on the phone with me helping me come up with game plans to handle the most important fixes first on my budget. More than once he has gone out of his way to help me arrange joint fixes so that I would save on the labor charges. The work they do is absolute quality, and just run their prices through any AI tool - they charge fair and in many cases are on the more affordable end of shops. Chris even helped point me around for OEM parts in town when I was handling a simple fix on my own. Their tow service is vastly discounted if you get enough work done, which is LEAGUES better than any other tow service I have ever contacted. Can't say enough about my positive experiences at this 0500!

I called in the morning and Chris was more than willing to invite me in as soon as possible. They couldn’t take care of everything in one day but they were very clear, transparent, and communicative of the details about my vehicle. I’m very pleased with the service and while I would’ve appreciated more time to ask questions I understood that I’m not the only customer. I would recommend people to this place. They even gave me a ‘loaner’ vehicle for the day.
