Sales: 5/5 After Sales Service: 4/5 Warranty: 0/5 Don't ever go for registering your warranty claims. I had only 1 in 75k kms, and it is open since last 6 months. The guy doesn't know how to deal with claims and customers. He proudly says he has more than 1200 claims pending, and you have only one. Asks to contact vendor who will supply part.

The staff is untrained, very young inexperienced mechanics, The system is unorganized, provides no comfort to the visitors, computers out of order, customers have to wait and visit different counters. Looks like a government office not a business place. Charges Rs 300.00 for oil change, whereas it's changed free at other small places. No smiles on the faces of employees. Seems they are not working in a favourable and comfortable environment.

I have never in my whole life seen a more unprofessional behaviour of a major global company like i have seen here. Absolutely ZERO trained staff. If you ask for anything, they keep sending you to others who keep sending you to other people and if you complain all they say is go to other dealerships. It is honestly the most pathetic service I have ever had in my entire life. And to top it all off, NO ONE ever answers the phone, when you go there, everyone is on their mobile phones but no one picks up the customers calls.
