I have always had a great experience with Apollo. My furnace abruptly stopped working and it has been below zero for days. I called and spoke with the service representatives and emergency line and everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helped me right away. The technician came over right after I called and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Kudos to everyone at Apollo they all do excellent work.

Exceptional Service from Marco We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Marco. He came out to inspect our heater, AC, and water heater, and went above and beyond in every way. Marco was polite and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing, which put us at ease. What impressed us most was that he took videos to show us exactly what he was finding. Before replacing any parts, Marco always confirmed with us first and clearly explained why each replacement was necessary. No surprises, no pressure – just honest, straightforward communication. I had a very pleasant experience with Appolo Heating. My furnace broke down and we were without heat. I reached out to them, and their representative Mr. Edward Liga showed up the next hour. Working with Edward was very nice, he guided us with the best options for the furnace replacement and also helped us in priorotizing the installation since we had no heat. The next day, Appolo's technicians installed the furnace. These guys were super quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Appolo Heating services for all your needs and a most positive experience.
