Dustin from Appliance Solutions was able to diagnose our issue with our Bertazzoni wall oven after having another company waste time and money, and a very expensive fix. It turns out it wasn’t what the other company diagnosed. Dustin was able to get the part quickly and repair it at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the time. We will now use Appliance Solutions for our home and rental properties going forward. They are the very best of Southern Utah…especially when it comes to higher end appliances!

Poor communication, canceled on us 2 times. They replaced the mother board of the washer while it was under warranty. It only worked 2 times after that and now whirlpool won’t repair it because it’s out of warranty. I can’t get a hold of this company now so they can file the warranty of the faulty replacement part.

This company cancelled 2 appointments approximately 1 hour beforehand. When they did arrive for the 3rd appointment, the technician installed the new cooling fan and the next day, the oven would not work. I was given another appointment and they cancelled again wanting to reschedule for the following week. I asked to speak with the owner, was told he was not available but they would have him call me. He did not call so I called the company again and was able to speak with him. He scheduled the next appointment for 3pm - 6pm. The technician came to my home at 1:30 and put a "please reschedule tag" on my door. I called this company again and was told that they would issue me a refund. I contacted another repair service and paid them to come out and install the part correctly. A week later, Appliance Solutions called to schedule an appointment to come get the part that they had installed incorrectly and said they would have to do that before refunding my money. I told them to deduct the cost of the part and refund the difference. 2 weeks later, no refund and no call so I reached out again and was told they needed to come get the part. So this company has received approximately $500, cancelled 4 appointments and refuses to issue a refund for their incompetence. I would buy a new appliance before ever dealing with Appliance Solutions again as they are the most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
