Andy was very professional and helpful! He was timely and we enjoyed talking with him and his son. Fantastic guy and very hardworking! Would definitely hire again and the fact that these high tech machines are hard to work on or diagnose was a real Relief that he had no problem and a fast fix. Dave came out the same day to assess an issue with our washer . He was prompt, polite , knowledgeable and thorough. My husband appreciated that he gave a detailed explanation of the problem and showed pictures of what needed to be addressed. I chose The Appliance Guys because of their high ratings and couldn’t agree more. In fact,we were so very pleased that I had him look at a long term issue with our refrigerator, which he also fixed!
Amazing service to fix a washer that needed a replaced seal. Andy was very informative on how to avoid the problem happening again, and he also came to assess, ordered the parts and fixed it all within 2 days. Would recommend their company to anyone!!
