We needed our refrigerator looked at and they were very helpful. Explained things clearly on the phone ahead of time and were friendly and prompt on service call. They gave us a quote for repairs and then gave us excellent information concerning repair vs replacement. We ended up going with replacement based on their honest advice, even though they would have made more money if we repaired. Would definitely recommend them.

This week I engaged the Appliance Guy, Matt Eglin owner, to fix my 18-year-old Thermador refrigerator that had stopped running. The following describes my experience: Easy contact through the main office. Discussion over the phone with Matt about the problem and the model # Scheduled a prompt service call. He came on time. Matt went through a diagnostic sequence and soon determined the run capacitor, and the start device were worn out. He had a replacement part on his truck and was able to get our refrigerator operating normally quickly. The cost of the repair was fair and minimal compared the cost of replacing an 18-year-old built in. While he was here, he educated us about the nature of the repair - how the refrigerator operates and how to maintain it. Matt is knowledgeable about a broad range of appliances and brands. My experience with him was excellent. It's good to have a good appliance repair service at hand. The Appliance guy is mine.

Excellent Service from the point of contact with Matt (owner) to the technician Elliot very professional. I feel he went over and beyond Dryer is as clean inside as the day it was bought.Had parts in truck. Dryer running within 24 for hours of our break down. Fabulous response from Appliance Guy when no other service was sympathetic to my failed refrigerator. They arrived within less than 2 hours of my call and will return within 5 days with new parts that I feel confident will fix my issue.
