Apple Pioneer Place

Specialist Rob and lead Larry were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and the transitions were seamless. This is precisely why we make the long flight from Los Angeles to Portland just to shop at this Apple Store.

My phone apparently did not want to be fixed so I had to visit the Genius Bar twice in three days. Ofc, I am already upset because I need my phone, but every single person there was calm, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, empathetic. From, Lucy to Hunter, to two others in between, hats off and thank you! I hope I don’t need you again but if I do, I am so thankful for local, kind real people to take care of me. Well done!

I give 5 star ONLY BECAUSE of one of their technician called “Dane”. I hope I spell it correctly; he is the humble guy with a gray beard and mustache. We had appointment at 2:00 and we got 10 min late and they postponed the appt for 2 hrs to 4:15. We waited until 4:30 and noonday showed up. I asked a white tall guy in his 50s and asked him if a technician is coming and he just told me they are busy. He didn’t even ask me what’s going on to see if he can help or not. But, Dane just came over and offered to help. He fixed our phones in 10 min and we were able to get back home in Vancouver. It was really his kindness to help us. We had a long and busy day and we were so tired and it was blessing to get things done and come home. THANK YOU Dane!! Keep working hard; you deserve the best! You’ll get it! Take care man!
