Look, no one wants to call a leak detection company, but if you have to, make sure it's this one! I have a pool at our new house that was losing a suspicious amount of water over the summer and finally made the choice to have it checked out. Setting up an appointment over the phone was easy and pleasant and on the big day, Jordan arrived at my house at got right to work. Unfortunately, he did find a leak and showed me exactly where it was with his camera. That's scary for a homeowner, but eased my mind with what he would do to fix it. He called the office right then and there, made the appointment to get it resolved as quickly as possible. On the day of the repair, Jordan and his team got right to work. Through absolutely no fault of his own, the project took a bit longer than originally quoted due to the amount of rock I apparently have in my soil, but Jordan and his crew diligently worked through it and got my pool leak taken care of. During the repair process, another leak was detected with my main drain. Rather than tackle it now, Jordan came up with a solution of plugging the main drain and installing an access line to it that we can get to later when I replace the vinyl liner in coming seasons. This saved me an incredible amount of money now and set me up for success when it comes time to replace the liner in the future. Amazing forethought that is very much appreciated and I will definitely be calling Jordan and American Leak Detection when it comes time to do that job because I know I'll get unparalleled service, attention and the job will be done right at the right price. Jordan even checked in on me a week after he had someone come out and plug my main drain to make sure my issue was resolved (It was!). This company knows how to treat customers during what is ultimately a stressful time financially for a homeowner. Would highly recommend! Give Jordan a raise and a pat on the back! Because of him, I'll definitely be calling the next time water is coming out of places it's not supposed to be coming out of!
