Just want to give a shout out to our service technician, Derick McLaughlin. He was right on time, bright and early, and quickly diagnosed the problem we had with our kitchen faucet. While the original installer did so improperly, Derick was able to suggest alternative fixes to the problem. We agreed on the simplest fix and if that doesn't hold up over time, we agreed to call him back to do another more permanent, expensive, time consuming fix. We appreciated Derick's professionalism, knowledge and honesty and we highly recommend him and his company for any of your plumbing needs! This was by far the best service call we have had in the 8 years we have lived here. Thanks, Derick and Pace!!!

I needed to have a couple water lines moved for a remodel. The team quickly assessed the situation and provided a bid. The price was right and they proceeded right away with the work and said they would come back after I set the cabinets to finish connecting the water lines (included in price). Customer service was great, and I will definitely come back to Pace when I have future plumbing needs. Thank you Riley and Derick for making this easy!
