I brought my x6m here for a full engine replacement. Shane did a fantastic job with the vehicle. I wish I had known them sooner. Shane is very knowledgeable of BMW and the cost is very reasonable. If you own a BMW and needed some work, bring it here and you won't be disappointed. DONT bring it to the dealership, you're just going to regret it. Thank you also Mr. Jim for a very friendly service.

Had a little hiccup dropping off a car here in the morning, but the tech was able to do everything in an hour. The tech was also extremely knowledgeable and told me multiple items to watch out for. He also walked me through his process of inspecting an X5 to ensure those known failure points didn’t cause catastrophic damage. I was really happy with the service and it was much better than at the dealership

The absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy, and their work is exceptional. I’ve had maintenance done on my 10-year-old BMW, and it’s always completed on time and with perfection. They’re very easy to work with, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or pressured. Their pricing is far lower than the dealership, and Jim goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best parts and service. While they don’t offer a shuttle or loaner car, the dealership rarely has those available anyway. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Jim was very kind and honest. They were upfront on the cost and had a next day appt. They explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle and pointed out some odd things as it was a used car. I also appreciated not being talked down to on my services as I have been at other shops in the area. They even did a small drain cleaning in the sunroof for me without charge. Very helpful, knowledgeable, honest. Will be taking my Mini back for sure.

Have had my M2c serviced here a few times now that it is out of warranty, they are always on time, if my oil change/filter is scheduled at 9, they take the car in and start work on it at that time unlike the Ford/BMW dealership in Bentonville which I also use. They don't upsell useless things like fuel injector cleaning, etc. and prices are good for maintenance services (have not had major repair work done here yet)
