Great price, communication, craftsmanship, and friendly. Showed up on time, communicated great throughout the process, and were more than competent in the installation. Would highly recommend and will use them again for sure.

We hired All Glass to do our custom shower door and tub gliding doors. Then, we added on glass cabinet inserts and a Jack & Jill mirror. They did a terrific job! The shower and tub glass is beautiful, and their team was professional, courteous, and thorough. We’d highly recommend Travis and his team to anyone needing custom glass or mirror! They’re very talented and are amazing at their craft!

This company may have reasonable prices but beware because you may receive defective material. I ordered a special size glass, which was delivered and upon delivery I brought to their attention there was a chip in my glass. The response was this is normal on such a large piece of glass. NOT correct, and when I reached back out to them they have been less than helpful or professional in making this right. They do not answer calls they only respond through text messages from beginning to the end of this transaction. Where is the accountability and ensuring great customer service and products?

I hired All Glass a couple months ago to fix a broken window in my garage. Only the top window was broken so he only charged me $300 to place it. When the techs came out they removed the top window then called me over and asked me if I broke the bottom one too. I said no only the top was broken when you got her and removed it and I’ve been inside the whole time. He said are you sure it wasn’t broke? I said I can go get my phone and show you that only the top which they already removed was broken. He said I believe but still I went and got my phone to show him. He said ok well we will need to order another one contact the office and they will schedule it. A couple hours later a got a call asking me why didn’t I pay the $300? I said I did pay half cash and the rest on a card. Then I said so we need to schedule another window repair because the techs broke the bottom window when removing the top. He said I’ll have to talk to them and call you back. I’ve called several times and texted but still now resolution. It’s been 3 months.
