All Basics Stove Shop

PAUL, our technician, fixed our stove, got it working, did a total cleanup and made the stove look brand new and work perfectly. We’ve had other companies come charge us a lot of money and get nothing done! These guys are the real deal there anything related to stoves. We will now be using them for a yearly maintenance to keep the stove running and keeping us warm!

What a great company! Super knowledgeable, great selection, very fair pricing and a meticulous installation. They visited my house first, confirmed measurements and planned how the existing propane line would need to be modified slightly. On the install day, they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and carefully. They took the time to move the existing propane line, put a fresh cut on the line, and install all new fittings. Awesome job and love the Escape Fireplace!

Our family has been heating our home for almost 10 years with pellets through the All Basics family. When our old stove gave up mid season, it was steady below zero at night and electric heat was all I had left. Luckily I knew just where to go, and I was able to buy a brand new Harman same day! Plus, they trusted me to take all my own measurements. Once I told them what I thought I needed for pipe they made sure to cover all the bases for me and making suggestions to help ease my install. It was a pleasure to do business and I will continue to recommend All Basics to everyone.

UPDATE As of February 2026. Still no response from the owner of the company. They refuse to call me or talk about the conduct of their employees. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS OF DECEMBER 2025 THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK. I don't know what happened to the once was good service but BEWARE. UPDATE AS OF OCTOBER 2025, THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT THE WARRANTY ON THE NEW STOVE THAT I PURCHASED FOR THEM. BE CAREFUL I have all basic clean my pellet stove since 2014. They have done a great job.the cost has been $200-225. This year I was told that the cleaning would be $400. I asked why because this is a new stove that I purchased from them and was told everything is going up. From $200-225 to $400 in one year when the stove is brand new? I stopped by the store to speak with the owner. She was not there yet , so the employee asked if they could help. I explained that I have receipts from 2014 to 2024 and explained that I was quoted 400. One employee accused me not telling the truth about pricing and the other repeatedly argued with me even though I had receipts. I have been told by other pellet stove companies that they have heard the same problems from other customers. Bad service, wouldn’t repair pellet stove after customers bought the stove from them.

Always go here! These guys offered me advice on pellet stove repair, and had the parts for a stove I didn't buy from them. The advice was spot on, stove back up and running strong. They will speed load your vehicle if you buy pellets too. I rarely give 5 stars, but they get it.
