All American Fireplace

I had been getting my gas fireplace serviced by this company for years, by the owner. This past year a new guy came out. He cleaned the fireplace, but was ready to leave before turning it on. When I turned it on, the high was as low as the low level. He told me it won't go up any higher...like it was before he started working on it. He refused to do anything else. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone just tried to make excuses for him. I told her I was not happy and to report it to the owner - she said he was the owner. The father has left his company to his son! That was the last time using that company.

We have used this company for many years to service our gas fireplace. All American Fireplace is our first choice for honest and dependable service. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh! Amazingly positive experience with this company! I’ve been trying for 2 years to get someone to help me. It’s been less than 2 months and now I have everything repaired and my fireplace converted to gas. And to think they were right here in Vineland, only 5 minutes from my house. Super friendly staff, very professional. I just couldn’t be happier! Very reasonably priced for the amount of work they had to do. Again, I just couldn’t be happier!
