I recently booked an appointment with Dr. Imjad Hussain, but the experience was quite disappointing. I was told by reception to arrive at 11 AM, but upon arrival, I was informed by the PA, Mr. Asif, that the doctor wouldn’t be available until 12 PM, and my turn would be delayed by two hours. After traveling 80 KM, the lack of clear communication and unprofessional behavior was frustrating. I hope the hospital improves their staff's communication for the benefit of future patients.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Atif Shehzad. His PA was very arrogant and disrespectful to patients. Despite visiting twice and getting a token, we had to wait 2-3 hours each time. On the second visit, we were denied a checkup because we were a few minutes late due to traffic. It's clear that they don't value patients' time. I would strongly advise against visiting this doctor and instead recommend consulting a nearby specialist/radiologist to avoid the hassle and disappointment.
