Worst experience of my international travel ever, the aircraft was not cleaned before we boarded onto the plane. There was smell when we walked into the plane. On top of all, the cabbin baggage that we were supposed to take on-board, they told us that there's no space and we will have to submit that too along with our other luggage. There was nothing for identification or proof, no guarantee, absolutely nothing. On confronting, the guy was highly disrespectful and kept on insisting to go get the cabin baggage tagged.

Extremely disappointing experience with Airsial on my recent business trip from Lahore to Dubai. I had an important meeting with a client scheduled from August 11th to 13th, but the airline's poor performance wasted my entire trip. Both flights were delayed - the outbound flight from Lahore to Dubai was delayed by 6 hours, and the return flight from Dubai to Lahore had no clear reason given for the delay. To make matters worse, the announcement at the Dubai airport stating that they didn't know why the flight was delayed was unprofessional. As a resident of Sialkot, I was hoping to promote our city's connectivity through this airline, but the lack of punctuality and transparency about flight status made my journey very stressful and unproductive. My meeting was impacted due to their delays, and I'm extremely disappointed. Not recommended for business travelers or anyone looking for reliable service."
