My water heater broke out of nowhere and with this crazy cold weather my pipes froze. I was in a panic and Aire Serv picked up right away when I gave them a call. They were at my house within two hours of me calling. They were able to get my water heater up and running and I finally had heat again. I highly recommend this company.

Had issues with my boiler came out same day and got me up and running very quickly. I highly recommend them if your having any heating issues.

STAY AWAY. I wish I could give zero stars. My parents installed a new heating system with them and have had 2 issues twice so far. The second time it has been over a week and no one showed up for 5 days while promising every single day they were on the way, would be there shortly, followed by “we know the weather is cold, we won’t leave you hanging”. When they did finally show up, they didn’t fix anything. Complete and utter lies, NO ONE SHOWS UP, No one picks up the phone and if they do they just lie that they will be there. We have paid for a unit that doesn’t heat. I have elderly parents that are using electric heaters in this weather because these people honestly could care less about their low quality install. We have been more than understanding, we have waited entire days and they never show up or say they’re just busy with another appointment but don’t even bother to call and give an updated time. Awful low quality service. Stay away!

I was having issues with my mini split and they diagnosed the problem very quickly and got it working in no time. I would highly recommend using Aireserv if you’re having any issues with your AC!
