Simmons is a company that will handle issues that other heating companies won’t touch. I’ve got a solar hot water heater that nobody knows how to clean, but Simmons (Brian) tackled the issue and did a fabulous job cleaning the (German Hot Water heater)

Seth did a great job on my old heating system filter change and annual check up today. I have a long-haired double coated dog who blows their coat twice a year and absolutely junks up the filter on our 13 year-old heating system. My crawlspace basement is also tight to work in and very spidery. Seth and his partner went downstairs, no problem and got the filter changed and checked the system and absolutely took their time compared to the vendor that we used to use. The old vendor used to be in and out in 15 minutes with a thumbs up, and I never felt like they really checked it thoroughly. Simmons has helped us out in a pinch several times and we’ve decided to switch to them for all of our Heating and Plumbing going forward. I also really appreciate how they both took their time to really wipe off their shoes on the mat before walking through my house because of how slushy and salty and gross it was outside and how dirty my crawlspace basement can be. They were friendly and upbeat and said hi to my toddler and asked her questions about her toy. Really great customer service skills on top of doing a great job with my system.

I lost heat during the night.I called Simmons, the woman in the office was so pleasant and helpful. She got someone to answer the call and within no time Tim & Sage showed up. Turns out I needed a board, they located one and within a small window of time my heat was back on. Tim was wonderful, informative, and polite to me and my grandson. Thank you, Lynn Murphy

Our propane fueled furnace had stopped working 10 days before Thanksgiving. We called three contractors for estimates, and Simmons was both prompt and competitive.
