Five Stars – ASDT Was There When I Needed Them Most In April, we discovered standing water in our basement, directly where our golf simulator was located. The outside spigot had frozen and cracked during the winter, but we didn’t realize it until months later, when we turned the water on to fill our new pool. After the water had been running for about 24 hours, we noticed the flooding. I panicked and didn’t know what to do. I called several companies, but ASDT was the first to respond—and within an hour, someone was at my door. From the very beginning, ASDT helped reduce my stress. They knew exactly what to do. They brought in shop vacs, fans, and dehumidifiers and started removing water and damaged materials immediately to prevent mold growth. They took pictures and worked directly with my insurance company, making the claim process smooth and manageable. Jason and Richard were especially helpful, kind, and professional throughout. They checked on my home daily until it was completely dry. Later, when renovations were finished, I asked them to clean the basement contents. Not only did they clean everything, but they also put all my furniture back exactly where it belonged. I was blown away. If you’re dealing with unexpected water damage, ASDT is the team to call. We called ASDT after a flood at our Lodge! They were there in less than 24 hours and had the entire lodge back in order in less than 30 days. Massive flood with major damage on 6 floors, 2 conference rooms, boardroom, restrooms, lobby, administrative areas, etc. perfect job, lighting fast and very friendly and professional. The home I was renting had a terrible leak with severe mold growth and damage. Due to this I lost my place to live. With that being said the people at ASDT were very kind and considerate while doing their job while I was moving out. I communicated specifically with Richard and he was beyond professional and even at times reassuring. The employees at this company set a very high standard and repeatedly meet that expectation. While my situation was not a good one to be in I am incredibly grateful that the people working for ASDT could be my silver lining in a hard and stressful situation. Gary and his team arrived at our hotel within minutes of calling in an emergency water damage.
