We had a great experience with the restoration guys. They came out quickly for a free estimate, were prompt, knowledgeable and my favorite part was they were not out to rip us off. Brian was honest about our options but not an alarmist about certain aspects of our job that didn’t necessarily needed to be done to fix our issue or make our home safe (mold prevention). Brian was an excellent communicator and prompt to respond to any of my texts/calls and also very accommodating with our young children’s schedules when scheduling our service as a portion of it required us to be out of the house for a couple hours. Brian and Cody completed our service a week later and went above and beyond. They were both a true pleasure to work with & we are happy to know our crawlspace is now remediated and protected as much as possible for the future. The Restoration Guys are seriously the best. From the very beginning, their team was kind, professional, and so respectful of our home. They were careful, clean, and organized while they worked, which honestly made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. They were also extremely thorough with the mold remediation process. They made sure everything was properly contained so there was no risk of spreading anything to other areas of the house. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about doing the job the right way. We also really appreciated their pricing. It was fair and honest. They weren’t trying to tack on unnecessary work or upsell us on things we didn’t need. Instead, they focused on fixing the problem correctly while being mindful of our budget, which meant a lot. Communication was great the whole time. They explained everything clearly, answered our questions and always got back to us quickly when we reached out. If you ever find yourself needing mold remediation (which I hope you don’t!), I would absolutely recommend The Restoration Guys without hesitation. I would 100% use them again.

We have had great service with this awesome company. We've had some kind of mystery water damage in our kitchen. After being referred to this company by our Insurance agent. We contacted them right away. Brian came out to evaluate the situation. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to come back out with his guys a few days later to demo our kitchen floor to try to expose the mystery leak. Matthew and Roman did most of the hard work, but they all worked together all throughout the day. I highly recommend using this company.

Had a busted faucet right before Thanksgiving that caused water damage in my kitchen. With it being so close to the holidays, I wasn’t sure how quickly I would be able to get someone out to help, but these guys were there the next day. Cody and his crew were professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also left their workspace completely clean and able for the contractor who is rebuilding my kitchen to come in and start right away. I would recommend these guys to anyone, a great company who stands behind their work!
