We had a wonderful experience with Vinnie for our initial appointment to set up our service contract. He was very knowledgable and explained everything. They even sent us chocolate in appreciation for our business. Great pest control service as well as customer service!
Tylor came prepared to deal with my ongoing mouse problem. He did a thorough search of my house, garage, attic and outside perimeter (in the snow!) He set traps and bait boxes, showing me where they were located and why. He also filled gaps in the plumbing fixtures and garage with steel wool. Tylor is friendly and knowledgeable and I can highly recommend the work he did at my home! Susan P.
