Worse experience ever. I wish i can give negative star and read others reviews before I use them but they were the first on the list so I just called. I ask them what’s the charge for digging the hole because I know we need that. The person on the phone say that’s included. They are professional and will find the hole. They send someone right away and he said he can’t find it he will come back next day. Next day no one show up. I had to call again. They say because I didn’t call so they didn’t come. Then next day two people show up dug every where and at the end found the hole and LEFT!!!! That was it! Didn’t even pump and charge me ridiculous amount triple of what others charge to dug a one foot hole and walk out. I had to call them again and I didn’t even start to say anything the woman was yelling and telling me they spend so many hours to find a hole so they needs to charge me. So the whole time I am hiring them to dug a hole I guess. Didn’t even pump anything and left the hole open and walk away. I thought they are professional and I had other company before it never happened like this. Obviously they can’t even find a hole. This has been a week. The result of using them is I had an open hole in the backyard with nothing pumped and they charge me ridiculous amount of money looking like this.

I had an excellent experience my septic light came on, I called this morning, and they were out within an hour. Sean, the technician, was amazing—he diagnosed the issue on the spot, pumped out the system, and had everything up and running in under two hours. Such a reliable and efficient company. First time using this company and was very pleased with their service. Our tech Shawn was a cool guy and very knowledgeable. Our coupon was honored and received a one year supply of septic bacteria treatment along with instructions and advice.

Mark from A&L came out and cleaned the septic tank. He came out on time, was friendly and gave great service. Will definitely use them again and will ask for Mark
