I recently had my septic tank plug up and overflow. Not a great experience. I called AB Septic and Timothy showed up and figured out the problem. Unfortunately the tool he needed was recently broken and in the shop being repaired. He called his workmate Jose who arrived with his tool and the problem was rectified pretty quickly. Both Timothy and Jose were great workers and showed great respect for my property during the process. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Highly recommend AB Septic. Great Job. Really good company to work with, very responsive and kept me informed. The line tech, Timothy B. called in advance, arrived nice and early the day of work, confirmed exactly the work to be done, described the results when finished and tidied up after. We've used A&B Septic before and know we can count on them. And on top of that, everyone is so friendly.

I had an issue with my ATI system and Timothy B and Jordan R came out to repair the cause. What a great team. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They even took photos and video of the problem and fixes which they showed me prior to their departure. I have had A&B on contract for 11 years now. They have always been professional, fair, and prompt when there is an issue. I very much recommend using their services.

Nicholas is the only guy I trust with my AdvanTex System. He came out within hours unlike other companies that make you wait days or over a week. If you have an AdvanTex Treatment System do not call anyone else but A&B Septic Services Inc. For 4 years I have struggled to find anyone who could service my system correctly. Most companies either refused to touch it because of the creative installation job done by Lil Stinky or they would come out look at it and leave because they didnt want to deal with the headache. Nicholas came out and completely turned things around. It really isnt that complex of a system but the way it was installed made it a bit of a puzzle. That is where Nicholas really showed his vast knowledge. He was able to diagnose and fix specific issues that other companies were completely blind to or just band aided enough to get it working for a few months. He spent 3 hours untangling the mess and making sure it functioned exactly like it should and he explained it all to me so I knew what was going on. My wife and mom are finally happy to have a working shower and laundry again which means my life is finally peaceful too. If you want someone who actually has the expertise to troubleshoot these systems then look no further.
