I have used 504 Construction & Restoration for three major additions to my house. They have always been upfront about the cost, pleasant to work with and on time. The craftsmen they use do a great job and I have been pleased with the result every time.

We are very happy that we hired 504 to replace our 26-year-old roof with a Fortified roof. They were recommended by several people in a neighborhood FB group, and we saw that they are on the state list of approved Fortify Homes contractors. We got bids from three different contractors; all were about the same price, but 504 was the most responsive and did a more thorough inside-and-out examination before bidding. 504 took care of all permitting and inspection paperwork. The work on our multipart roof was begun on our timetable and completed in 3.5 days. The crew was friendly and efficient; they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and were mindful of the landscaping. Again, very satisfied and would recommend.

Used them for our fortified roof installation. Knowledgeable about the process with the state grant and also had to work with our gutter system. Very efficient installation of the roof.

A great company to deal with. The crew was conscientious in cleaning up debris every day, ensuring that no nails were left behind. Finally, a site manager visited us regularly to ensure that we were aware of the project's status and to follow up on subsequent work.
