Grand Rising Construction LLC

Alan and his team hit the mark. Grand Rising was awarded our bid to complete our hospital public restroom renovations. I can say we were not disappointed. Alan and his team are professional, detailed, caring and excellent communication from start to finish. Very detailed and his team clearly cares about their quality of work. If you’re in need of anything regarding a construction project/improvement, you should at least meet with Alan and allow his company to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a GREAT experience with Grand Rising Construction LLC, Mr. Alan and his team. They removed some wrap around mirrors in our bathroom, smoothed out the damaged areas and textured the walls to match what we have. They also installed some chair rail in our water-closet so that we could have wallpaper installed above. We are very pleased with the work and the outcome and hope to work more with them in the future. They did an awesome job and kept the areas picked up and cleaned as they were doing the work. Just an FYI we met Mr. Alan in the Lowe’s parking lot when we were considering trying to tackle the job on our own. We were blessed to run into him and would recommend them to anyone from here on out.

Like everyone has done, we interviewed multiple contractors and compared prices. In our Inital meeting with Alan we instantly liked and appreciated his genuine approach. We ultimately chose to work with Grand Rising Construction. Our experience with Grand Rising Construction has been very positive and very pleased with the final result. Alan was our contact and project manager. He is very responsive and communicative. He did listen to our concerns and addressed issues. Jarvis is also a project manager who works with Alan he was just as pleasant. So much that our bathroom is truly a spa oasis and often sit there to admire it. The sub-contractors stayed late on week nights and even worked on Sundays to get the job done. We truly appreciated the due diligence and approachable attitude. They took our vision and brought it to life. We couldn’t be happier and more pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Another great experience with Grand Rising! They were patient through my tile selection process and were able to schedule me quickly once our tile arrived. They were crazy clean given that it is a dirty process and as quiet as possible allowing us to both work from home. We would highly recommend them and have additional projects in the works with them ourselves.

I used Grand Rising recently for a pretty decent sized drywall job. I had them remove a large dividing wall separating two small warehouses and then to make the unfinished sheetrock remaining in the warehouse look presentable. After making some repairs to the taping and floating they applied texture and properly primed and painted with two coats of latex paint. The final product is something that looks as good as the walls in my home. The job was finished ahead of schedule at the agreed upon price, which was very fair. I asked for a little extra cleanup and they happily obliged. I have a couple of other projects in the same space coming up and will definitely get a proposal from them.
