Decided to go with this company because of their years in business and their customer ratings. They came on time for my scheduled service appointment. We were having issues with our oven. The technician checked out the oven and said it was the igniter that was bad. He replaced it, checked the oven on a couple of different oven settings and said it was all set. The first time we used it we were having the same problem. I called the company and explained the situation. After explaining what the oven was doing and sending them a video they said that we would need another $461.00 worth of work on top of the over $260.00 we already paid them for the igniter. We told them that we didn’t want to put that amount of money into a 6 year old stove. They understood and offered to refund us the cost of the igniter plus labor for the install. We agreed to that and they said they would mail us a check. The check arrived after just a couple of days. Thank you for understanding our situation and promptly reimbursing us.

Rose was professional. pleasant and efficient getting someone out to look at our stove/oven before Thanksgiving. Tony was professional and very cordial. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. One part they had to order, and that only took a couple of working days. The communication from both him and Rose was excellent. Texts and Emails outlining when Tony would come. There was no waiting or wondering. They are now my go to company for appliance repair work.

Response time was very timely, within a few days of request. Alfredo was excellent, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had the issues diagnosed and fixed within a very short time. He knew exactly what he was doing, and was very reasonably priced. First Choice will be my go-to for any future appliance problems. Couldn't be more satisfied with their service.
