1. Deceptive Content & Behavior

These actions distort reality, mislead others, or manipulate the platform:

• Fake Engagement or Reviews
  Generating or encouraging fake likes, follows, reviews, or ratings to artificially boost or harm a business’s reputation.

• Misinformation or Misrepresentation
  Sharing content that misrepresents facts, credentials, affiliations, or experiences related to businesses or services.

Content or actions that threaten the safety, dignity, or well-being of individuals or groups:

• Harassment or Bullying
  Targeting individuals with abusive language, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.

• Hate Speech or Discrimination
  Posting language, images, or content that promotes prejudice, hate, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

• Offensive or Inflammatory Content
  Deliberately provocative content that incites anger, conflict, or outrage within the community.

• Doxxing or Privacy Violations
  Sharing private, sensitive, or identifying information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or personal photos) without explicit consent.

• Obscenity or Profanity
  Excessive vulgar language or lewd expressions that degrade the tone of discourse.

• Sexually Explicit or Adult Content
  Content containing nudity, sexual acts, or adult themes, even if intended humorously or artistically.

• Violent or Gory Material
  Graphic depictions of violence, blood, injuries, or abuse that may disturb or offend viewers.

  Content promoting or glorifying terrorist groups, acts of violence, or extremist ideologies.

• Off-Topic Submissions

4. Advertising & Solicitation

Unwanted or irrelevant promotional activity disrupts user trust and platform authenticity:

• Unauthorized Promotional Content
  Posting advertisements, sales pitches, or marketing content without clear relevance to a legitimate review or experience.

• Spam and Repetitive Content
  Copy-pasted or excessively repeated messages, especially those that do not contribute new or meaningful insights.

• Platform Manipulation or Defacement
  Attempting to alter site functionality, post disruptive material, or engage in digital vandalism.

Enforcement & Consequences

We are committed to upholding these standards. If a user engages in any prohibited behavior — whether on WiserMap or elsewhere — that negatively affects other users, our employees, or the broader community, we reserve the right to:

• Remove content

• Issue warnings

• Temporarily suspend accounts

• Permanently terminate accounts

Our moderation decisions are based on the nature of the violation, account history, pattern of behavior, and reports from the community.
