Yeti Floor and Carpet Cleaning

Start to finish it was a great experience. Had a family emergency that needed the house to be completely cleaned from top to bottom and Yeti was very understanding and gave extra care to help get the cleaning done quickly with special attention to needed areas for my kids health. Carpets are looking better then they have for a long while and the drying time was very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again for any Carpet cleanings in the future! A complete breath of fresh air from experiences I've had in the past. No attempts to upsell, fuss with the total price, or anything that wasn't straight-forward from the initial discussion. Absolutely fantastic service and impressive result! Lisa was super helpful setting things up, and Dmitriy did a great job making sure things were wrapped up as quickly and efficiently as possible. The day of my appointment I got the sense they were a bit busy, and got a heads up that they'd be running a little behind. Greatly appreciated, as it allowed me to adjust my schedule. No surprises=11/10 stars from me, especially when it's a work related job. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone, and would use them again in the future.
