Yellow Jackets AZ Electronics Restoration

We went through a flood, and some of the other contractors we worked with didn’t complete everything needed when Yellow Jackets came to return our appliances/electronics. Our 2 techs that came to the house were utterly fantastic, were extremely knowledgeable, super positive all day and even helped return our home to normal by going to Home Depot and getting extra parts (for example, running a water line to our fridge that the plumber neglected to finish that we weren’t aware of). Nothing ever goes smooth from start to finish, but when snags got in the way, they were helpful in explaining the problem and offering solutions. Also, the truck was missing 1 item (a sound bar for the main living room), but Tanner, the owner, personally drove out the very next day and installed it/checked it worked properly. It’s tough to refer a company you may not know you’ll need in the future, but for anyone I ever know that has to go through something similar, I’ll absolutely recommend their insurance company partner with Yellow Jackets. And hopefully if you’re on the fence once about hiring them, this review gives you the piece of mind they will care for each of your belongings like it was their own.

Lack of communication from this company is ridiculous! No call no show when they were scheduled to come out and then to get the reports from them for our insurance claim was like pulling teeth! I would not recommend them if you are wanting a company that communicates because they don't know what communication is and it's frustrating

I had a whole house water damage in Nov 2020. Yellow Jackets (Tanner) came in and made sure everything was packaged up with care. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions. He spent ALL day taking care of our electronics. We just had our items returned today (by Tanner, Johnny and a few others) and he said if we needed they would come back and install anything (our kitchen isn't ready yet) and if there were ANY problems to call them and they will make it right. He was very careful not to damage our large appliances and our walls, even the slightest scratch. He took very special care of antique family heirlooms. I can not recommend this company enough! They have a great crew! If we ever are in need again (I hope not!) we will definitely use them.
