I’m writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and to recommend Daktronics without hesitation. If you are a business deciding who to partner with, or a new staff weighing your options and believe that kindness and ethical practices matter, look no further. If you are a potential employee searching for a workplace that values its people, puts humanity above the bottom line, and does the right thing even when no one is watching, Daktronics is the clear choice. My family’s experience with Daktronics was nothing short of extraordinary. Our family member faced a sudden and debilitating disability that turned our world upside down. Navigating this new reality was overwhelming, but Daktronics proved to be a steadfast partner throughout the journey. Daktronics went above and beyond basic legal obligations to support our family in practical and meaningful ways. I’m not sure I could say that any health insurance company is excellent, but the health insurance offered through Daktronics is the best that’s out there. The company-paid disability insurance was a lifeline for our working-class family, offering much-needed financial stability during an incredibly difficult time. Their team guided us through paid time off, short-term disability benefits, and even provided additional forms and documentation to help with our long-term disability application. What stood out most was their patience and understanding. The entire leadership team demonstrated incredible kindness and consideration, treating folks with dignity and respect at every turn. I suspect they even dealt with staff who were less kind/not accommodating due to the new disability. In a world where compassion can sometimes feel scarce, this company shines as an example of how businesses should operate. When considering which company to work for or to do business with, if you value kindness, compassion, and doing the right thing, Daktronics is the company you want to work with. I am forever grateful for their support and am confident they will bring the same level of integrity and care to every relationship they build. Plan on all day to get loaded. Seems like a union shop. Never seen people take so many breaks.

Good reliable people at the docks. I had an easy time getting someone to help me and guide me through the loading process. Though i didn't have the correct sized unit they still worked with me on making it work by redistributing the pallet height by moving boxes around. They definitely go above and beyond here , other drivers should just be patient because some days they could be understaffed.

Got loaded quickly as always and very friendly and helpful guys
