From beginning to end, he communicated effectively, explained everything in a way I could understand and was very upfront about pricing. His prices are fair and I got my laptop back faster than I expected. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, and he exceeded my expectations. Ok my PC wouldn’t connect to any monitor or TV and this is after I just used it 30 minutes after I turned it off!!! Nothing I did worked! I look for someplace or someone to help fix it….. never did I think I would meet the most professional techno Wizard I have ever met!! Alvin saw the problem with my PC and said “oh this is nothing” and proceeded to fix it in less than 10 MINUTES!!!! Then he cleans up my PC, and now it’s running faster than it ever has! He did all this in less than an hour!!!! I feel like it is a crime that I can’t give even more Stars!!! I want to give 10 Stars!! Alvin you the best don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!!! Thank you!!!

Alvin was excellent! I called on February 8th regarding my issue, and it was resolved by February 20th. He kept me informed every step of the way about the shipment for my screen replacement. I highly recommend his services. 🩷
