Wolf Appliance Repair

For just the service fee to come out and look at it was $140. My dishwasher was officially going to need to be replaced. They were very professional. I think if they can’t fix it there shouldn’t be a charge. I could have used that $140 towards my new dishwasher.

My encounter with Wolf Appliance Repair was excellent. The technician was on time, quickly identified the issue and completed the repair flawlessly. Their excellent repair and amiable service far surpassed my expectations..

This company is actually awful. They outsource their work to other companies, so you have no idea who is actually coming, or if they actually know what they’re doing. We have a Wolf Stove and we’re under the assumption they would send someone qualified. Unfortunately they sent some guy named Roger that didn’t know what he was doing and pretty much told us as much? We were informed (and this is listed on the website) that there is a free service call with repair. This is false. The technician charged us the service call, his own service charge, a labor charge and for the parts totaling $300. He also said it needed to be through Venmo or he would charge even more. Ok, whatever, but not only did he not fix the issue, he actually made it worse. When I called the company they said they would have someone a manager reach out. Nope - it was the original technician that messed up our stove. Why would I want someone to come back and fix an issue they didn’t actually fix, but made worse in the first place? He did end up coming out again, said he had to order a part, and after that nothing. Our stove is still not fixed (he messed up the burner cap area and several burners still click simultaneously), we got ghosted by the tech that hasn’t contacted us in nearly three weeks, and we’re out $300. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m very happy with the repair service. My dryer works perfectly now and the price was reasonable.

Everything was done perfectly. Great communication, great results, and zero hassle.
