Be aware when you’re scheduling a large dumpster that the price you see at checkout isn’t your only fee. Ended paying over $1000 instead of the $600 that was advertised because they don’t tell you you also have to pay for removal. Use a junk haul service instead. This was not worth $1k.

I have a great WM hauler named Jason Simms. He is consist about the time he arrives, always grabs anything that doesn’t fit into the tote, and we communicate with each other if there is an issue. I have been using WM for nearly 30 years and will continue to use them. They are not the lowest service available but they are by far the best.

Ordered a 4yd dumpster, then picked up with only a half hour notice with no reason given. We only had it two days. Never notified the order had been canceled the day after it was dropped off. Spent nearly all morning on the phone being transfered from person to person, department to department only to finally be told, as though we had already been told, which we hadn't, that dumpsters cannot be placed in residential areas. (We were given just about every other reason; "tree limbs", we can cut, "was placed in yard", it was a driveway, "houses too close", only requirement listed was 50ft clearance in front) We were not aware of this residential rule. We signed up online and everything went through, including being charged for the first month (thankfully to be refunded, supposedly). We wouldnt have ordered had we known dumpsters are for commercial use only. Was a headache to get through to anyone for any information, just kept repeating myself and being transfered.
