Nisly Brothers Trash Services

I’m new to the monthly dumpster service world. I live in newton and have an 8 yard. I recently bought this place in the country, and I’ve been remodeling it as I can. Every single month I have this dumpster packed completely full. Maxed out. Also I come from a family of hoarders that keep everything. Not me! The first Tuesday of the month I peak out the window like an autistic 10 year old and watch the truck pick up this incredibly heavy container and hydraulically smash on the junk inside. I love Nisly! Not only are you servicing my trash, you’re servicing my soul! Amazing.

Rented a 30yd roll-off dumpster for a week and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end! When I called to inquire about pricing and details, the representative was thorough and went through all of my options clearly. We were able to have it delivered by the next business day. The price was more than reasonable, even with having a few extra charges for construction materials. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because of a hiccup in the delivery of the trash bin. We were advised that we did not have to be present for delivery or pickup. However, when it was being delivered, the driver dropped it off at the wrong address. Luckily, a family member lives nearby, saw it happening in real time, and was able to chase the driver down before he left entirely. Not a big deal, but I can imagine it could have been had we not caught it in time. Overall, very happy with our experience and customer service is top notch! 👌🏼

*Commercial Dumpster* Nisly Brothers Trash Services exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From scheduling the delivery of a dumpster, questions about what could go in it, delivery of the receptacle and pickup...everything was explained and confirmed at each point. We even received a call THANKING US for choosing them after the dumpster was picked up. It is not surprising they are a 5 STAR Organization. We recommend them without any reservations! Everyone in this Organization functions as an owner...reception, scheduling, drop off, pick up -Newton

The worker who dropped my dumpster was James! He was so incredibly nice and helpful. He even gave my great granddaughter a coloring book and candy! I highly recommend this company if you need a giant dumpster for clean up!

After caring for my father with dementia at his home in Hutchinson for a couple of months it became clear that I would need to sell his home and place him in a care facility. I called Nisly Brothers to inquire about having a roll off delivered. The young woman on the phone was very informative and helped me to decide on what size I needed. The roll off was delivered right on time, even a day after a big snow storm! I got it loaded and needed it removed a couple of days earlier than I thought so the realtor could take pictures of the house. Within 2 hours of calling to see if I could have it picked up early it was gone! I really appreciated how easy Nisly Brothers made this already difficult time for me. I am grateful. Thank you from your friend in Nebraska!
